The site is a large-scale, highly automated production facility with a strong engineering presence and significant investment in plant reliability and continuous improvement. The engineering team consists of around 50 engineers working across both rotating shift patterns and weekday day shifts. The structure is highly developed, with clear separation between mechanical and electrical responsibilities, allowing engineers to specialise and develop deep technical expertise. We are currently recruiting for a Time Served  Electrical Maintenance Engineer  to join the weekday days team, focusing purely on electrical breakdown response, planned maintenance and continuous improvement activities across a wide range of automated and process equipment.
