Electrical Maintenance EngineerNorth London£45,000 - £50,000We''ve got an excellent role for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client''s team based in North London, this is a great opportunity if you''re looking to avoid commuting to Central London, be part of a rapidly growing building services provider!As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee the PPM and reactive maintenance of MandE systems on site, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, oversee site logbooks, contractors and deal with client requests.Requirements for this role include level 3 minimum in electrical installations / engineering and at least 3 years experience within commercial building services.Electrical Maintenance Engineer Duties: Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance Working on single and three-phase power systems Motors and generators (including on/off load testing) UPS systems Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing HVAC systems Pumps, belts, bearings, mechanical seals BMS operation Maintaining logbooks and site documentation Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements: City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical Installations Minimum 3 years experience in commercial building maintenance Career-driven and motivated individual Professional, polite, and personable approach Live within commutable distance to Tottenham Salary and Package: £45,000 - £50,000 Private health care provided Company benifits scheme Company pension scheme Monday - Friday, 8am - ..... full job details .....
