Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Coventry Salary: £48,000 - £53,000 DOE + 20% Shift AllowanceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00) This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly skilled engineering team, working within a modern industrial environment As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of specialist production equipment and site facilities. This position offers a varied workload, real autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute directly to operational success. The Role The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and improving a wide range of manufacturing and site infrastructure equipment. Working closely with production teams and fellow engineers, you will help minimise downtime, improve reliability, and support future engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production equipment and site services Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults efficiently Support equipment upgrades, engineering projects, and new installations Coordinate and manage external contractors when required Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and ..... full job details .....
