Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are looking to recruit experienced Electrical Engineers to join our growing team at our manufacturing facility in Barton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environmen. You will work either on a rotating shift pattern site dependant covering mornings and afternoons, or solely on an afternoon shift. Key Responsibilities Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of machinery and equipment. Respond promptly and professionally to equipment breakdowns to minimise disruption to production. Undertake fault finding, including working with PLCs, and carry out repairs using a combination of mechanical and electrical engineering skills. Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve technical and process issues. Identify and implement improvements in safety, processes, and technology. Accurately record all maintenance activities using the CMMS (Shire System). Maintain a proactive and positive approach to supporting the success of the wider business. As part of your duties, you must ensure that you have read, understood, and comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures, as outlined in our Integrated Management System (IMS).
