The Essentials

• Location: Large commercial static site, London

• Salary: -46,000 - -47,000 per annum

• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (Rotating Weekly)

  • Early: 07:00 - 16:00

  • Late: 10:00 - 19:00

• Standby/Callout: * -100 per week standby allowance.

  • 1 week on / 1 week off rotation.

  • Minimum 4 hours pay guaranteed for any callout.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across all electrical systems.

• Fault-finding and repairing lighting, power distribution, and control systems.

• Assisting with minor installations and project works as required.

• Ensuring all work complies with the latest wiring regulations and health & safety standards.

• Maintaining accurate digital logs and reporting on system health.

What We''re Looking For

• Qualified Pro: You hold relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and your 18th Edition.
