Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Location: Victoria, London (Single-Site)

Salary: -48,000 + Plenty of overtime

1 in 5 call out

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Are you a qualified Electrician who prefers the stability of a single-site, tenant-facing role over the chaos of driving across London?

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Maintenance: Lighting (emergency testing/ballasts), power distribution, motors, and control panels.

• Mechanical Support: Strong FCU knowledge, servicng etc

• Compliance: Ensuring all logbooks are up to date and the site remains fully compliant with health and safety regulations.

• Tenant Liaison: Acting as a professional face for the business, communicating clearly with office staff and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
