Location: Newmarket
Shifts: 12-hour shifts - 4 on, 4 off (2 days, 2 nights), 7 rotations followed by 18 days off
Total Package: £61,481
We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced, high-performing engineering team. This role is critical to maintaining and improving site operations, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
In this role, you will:
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical faults quickly and effectively
Respond to equipment breakdowns with minimal impact on production
Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on time and to a high standard
Provide technical input on capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively across departments and escalate issues appropriately
Contribute to risk assessments and ensure adherence to safe systems of work
Follow company procedures for purchasing and inventory management
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Support a culture of collaboration and technical development within the team
