CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a static Electrical Engineer to be based in Aldgate, carrying out planned and reactive commercial building maintenance on a high-end residential portfolio. The successful candidate will currently be an electrical or mechanical engineer and have a strong understanding of servicing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and general building service works at various commercial properties. This position would be ideal for an Electrical Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary in the region of up to 50,000 with a potential route into further career progression. Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot and cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWorking on planned preventive and Reactive maintenance regimesChanging taps/washers Managing priorities within contract constraints.
