Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Maintenance Technician) Location: Barnstone, Nottingham (NG13 9JT) Job Type: Contract Role, Full Time, Rotating Shift Pattern Job Length: 4 to 6 month contract Start Date: September/October 2025 Industry: Maintenance, Aggregates, Building Materials, Manufacturing, ProductionPay Rate: £18.00 - £25.00 Per Hour (Negotiable based on experience AND PAY TYPE)Our client, a materials and aggregates provider is looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Engineer on a contract basis, working on a cement packing plant that operates 24/7 and the role will involves electrical and mechanical maintenance of production equipment.Due to the 24/7 operation, candidates will be required to work on rotating shift basis, covering day / afternoon / night / weekend shifts on a rotation basis. (Average of 37 hours per week)Candidates will join a small maintenance team and be responsible for routine planned maintenance, fault finding, and ad hoc repairs to ensure continuous production.Initial training includes shadowing experienced technicians across different shifts and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) training provided on site.The ideal candidate will be Level 3 Electrically Qualified, with 18th Edition being advantageous to hold.
