Electrical Machinery FitterFakenham£18 - £19 per hourTemporary Assignment - 6 Weeks, possibility of extensionMonday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, 40 hours per weekService Service is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Machinery Fitter to join a well-established engineering manufacturer based in Fakenham on a temporary six-week assignment.This is a hands-on role involving the assembly, testing, and fault-finding of specialist machinery. The successful candidate will work across electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, supporting machine builds and maintenance activities during a busy production period.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and assemble machinery from electrical schematics and engineering drawingsCarry out wiring, soldering, crimping, loom assembly, and panel buildingTest, inspect, and service machinery to ensure operational performanceDiagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faultsSupport machine installation and maintenance activities as requiredWork with PLC-controlled equipment and assist with fault findingComplete relevant documentation and reports accuratelyAbout YouTime-served apprentice or equivalent industry experienceProven experience in machine wiring, panel building, and electrical assemblyStrong fault-finding skills to component levelKnowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systemsExperience working with PLC-controlled machineryAbility to read and interpret circuit ..... full job details .....
