Electrical Lecturer

Job Title: Electrical Lecturer Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 Location: Surrey Electrical Lecturer: Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Lecturer to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality training programmes to learners within their provision. The successful Electrical Lecturer will support learners throughout their learning journey, provide constructive feedback, complete all required administration, and create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that promotes achievement and progression. Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver and evaluate training programmes using teaching methods and resources appropriate to the learner group and course content. Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet programme requirements and learner needs. Identify and assess individual learner needs, adapting delivery methods and course content where necessary to maximise engagement and achievement. Provide appropriate learner support, maintaining accurate records and evidence in line with funding and compliance requirements. Discuss learning outcomes, assessment criteria and moderation requirements with learners throughout the programme. Assess learner work, monitor progress and provide regular, constructive feedback through reviews and progress tracking. Advise learners on progression opportunities, further learning pathways and career development options.
