Your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging teaching across electrical programmes up to Level 3. Delivering both theoretical and practical electrical training. Planning and developing engaging lesson plans, schemes of work and learning resources. Supporting learners through their studies, providing academic and pastoral guidance. Monitoring learner progress and helping students achieve their qualifications and career goals. Using innovative teaching methods and digital learning tools to encourage active participation.
