Electrical IQA Officer - London and South East Location: Home-based with travel across London and South East Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full Time (35 hours per week) Salary: Up to 44,500 per annum (depending on experience)The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Electrical Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Officer to support and maintain high standards across its apprenticeship provision.This role focuses on ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across the full apprenticeship journey - from induction through to end-point assessment. You will play a key role in supporting tutors and assessors, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring all delivery meets awarding body, EPAO, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality assure assessment decisions across apprenticeship programmesMonitor and sample tutor and assessor activity to ensure consistency and complianceProvide coaching and developmental feedback to staffSupport preparation for Ofsted inspections and external auditsProduce clear reports, action plans, and track improvementsMaintain accurate IQA records and documentationWork collaboratively to share best practice and improve deliveryEnsure safeguarding, Prevent, equality and diversity, and health and safety are embedded throughoutWhat We''re Looking ForLevel 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)Assessor qualification (A1, D32/33, TAQA or equivalent)Experience in quality assurance within apprenticeshipsStrong knowledge of awarding organisations, ..... full job details .....
