Job Title: Electrical Installations Tutor Location: York Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to 43,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Electrical Installations Tutor to join our team in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced electrical professional with a passion for teaching and learning to deliver high-quality education to future electricians.You will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training in Electrical Installations, supporting learners through City and Guilds and EAL qualifications at Level 3 and above. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and effective teaching in all aspects of electrical installation, including both theory and practical skills.Teach and support learners working towards City and Guilds and EAL qualifications at Level 3 and above.Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools in line with curriculum requirements and industry standards.Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, performance, and achievements.Collaborate with colleagues and employers to support the progression of apprentices.Essential Qualifications and ExperienceNVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations QualificationGCSE/O Level Maths and English (Grades A-C / 9-4)Certificate in Education or willingness to work towards.Experience working with ..... full job details .....
