Maintain strong relationships with employers, support learner progress, and ensure all apprenticeship standards, KSBs and EPA requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Learner Support & Training Manage a caseload of learners, delivering coaching, mentoring, and training. Complete progress reviews and provide feedback to learners and employers. Plan and deliver learning and assessment, including English, maths and KSB development. Prepare learners for gateway and EPA, ensuring training plans are clear and aligned to standards. Deliver training on employer premises and develop learning materials and resources. Track off-the-job training and maintain accurate learner documentation.
