Electrical Installation Tutor

Our client, an established training provider in the North West, is seeking an Electrical Installation Tutor to join its Electrical Department in Rochdale. This permanent, full-time role involves delivering practical and classroom-based training to learners working towards careers in electrical installation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging training and assessment across electrical installation, maintenance and fault finding Teach inspection, testing and certification, including the application of BS 7671 wiring regulations Provide practical workshop sessions covering wiring systems, testing techniques, tools and electrical test equipment Deliver classroom-based teaching on electrical principles, safe isolation and health and safety Support learners working towards Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications and apprenticeship standards Monitor learner progress, attendance, behaviour and development, providing appropriate support and stretch activities Prepare learners for End Point Assessment and complete awarding body documentation accurately Develop engaging training resources and embed Functional Skills in Maths and English within vocational delivery Maintain accurate records using e-portfolio systems and contribute to the organisation''s virtual learning environment Promote equality, diversity, British Values, safeguarding and a positive learning culture Maintain a safe, organised and industry-relevant workshop and classroom environment Job Requirements: ..... full job details .....
