In this role, you''ll deliver practical and classroom teaching to Level 1-3 learners, both at college and in the workplace. You''ll also assess apprentices on-site, track their progress, and help prepare them for End Point Assessments.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience, an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, and a passion for developing others. Full training and support are provided.

The Role

*Deliver Electrical Installation theory and practical teaching (L1-L3)

*Assess apprentices in college and in the workplace

*Provide progress reviews and personalised learning plans

*Work with a supportive team across both the college campus and employer sites

The Person

*NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

*Industry experience as an Electrician

*Commutable to Radstock and surrounding areas
