We''re looking for a hands-on leader with technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for renewables. What''s on offer? 50,000 Basic SalaryStatutory Company PensionCompany Van and Fuel Card28 days annual leave including bank holidaysFlexible working hours, subject to business need Key Responsibilities:Design and approve electrical systems (solar PV, battery storage, Air Source Heat Pumps) to BS7671, G98, G99, MCS standards.Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for electrical scopes.Lead, coach, and develop engineers, apprentices, and subcontractors.Oversee site surveys, installations, materials, and documentation.Maintain quality control, safety compliance, and continuous improvement.Act as the nominated technical sign-off for all electrical works. Requirements:Must have: either be a member of NAPIT already or be in a position for to sign up as our technically competent person.City and Guilds Level 3 (BS7671:2018 + Amendment 2), Inspection and Testing, NVQ Diploma.10+ years in electrical installation, 3+ years in renewables design and install.Proven leadership of installation teams.Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and HandS regulations.Full UK Driving ..... full job details .....
