Electrical Installation Manager

Electrical Installation Manager 55,000 to 60,000 + Company Van + Benefits MDE are partnered with a leading UK renewable energy contractor who are looking to appoint an Electrical Installation Manager to support the continued growth of their commercial solar division. This is a field based management role covering projects across England. You will be responsible for leading Electrical Installation Engineers, maintaining installation quality, driving health and safety standards and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. The Role Reporting to the Head of Electrical, your responsibilities will include: Managing Electrical Installation Engineers and Lead Engineers across multiple projects. Carrying out technical inspections and QA checks. Ensuring electrical installations comply with industry standards and regulations. Mentoring engineers and supporting their development. Working closely with Design Engineers, Project Managers and the wider Operations team. Reviewing installation plans and resolving technical issues. Managing materials, installation quality and project progress. Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. Producing progress reports and communicating with key stakeholders. Driving a positive safety and quality culture across all projects. Requirements Minimum 5 years'' experience in commercial or industrial electrical installations.
