You will support learners in developing the technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional behaviours required for successful careers within the electrical sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and effective Electrical Installation lessons across Levels 1-3.Teach both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory.Plan, prepare, and assess learning in line with awarding body requirements.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and support.Prepare learners for City and Guilds qualifications and industry expectations.Promote high standards of health and safety within the workshop environment.Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.RequirementsLevel 3 qualification (or above) in Electrical Installation.Current or recent ..... full job details .....
