You''ll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high-quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential. This role would suit someone with previous Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well-established college The Role: Deliver engaging teaching and practical training in the Electrical Installation sector Assess and support apprentices working towards NVQ and apprenticeship standards Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to learners £40 - £ months The Person: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation Current or previous industry experience working in Electrical Installation or similar industries Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training) and/or TAQA, A1/D32/D33 preferred, although not essential Experience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageous Able to obtain an Enhanced DBS ..... full job details .....
