Role DetailsJob Title: Electrical LecturerContract: PermanentHours: 37 hours per weekSalary: £27,336 - £42,924 per annum (dependent on experience)Location: Birmingham Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging theory and practical electrical sessions up to Level 3Teach across City and Guilds courses including 2365/8202 and related electrical qualificationsDeliver specialist topics such as 18th Edition and inspection and testingPlan and develop schemes of work and learning materialsMonitor student progress and support achievement of targetsProvide academic and pastoral support to learnersComplete assessments, marking and feedback in a timely mannerMaintain accurate records including registers and ILPsContribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement RequirementsLevel 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent) or significant industry experienceTeaching qualification (PGCE/Cert Ed) or willingness to work towardsExperience in electrical installation or trainingStrong understanding of FE delivery and assessmentGood IT and organisational skillsTAQA qualification (desirable)Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness ..... full job details .....
