Plan and prepare engaging lessons, learning materials and schemes of work. Teach both practical and theoretical aspects of Electrical Installation. Assess and mark learner work in line with awarding body and college requirements. Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback and support. Carry out tutorials, reviews and assessments to ensure learners remain on track. Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to progress monitoring. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support learners to develop the practical skills, knowledge and behaviours required for employment and further study. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and improve the Electrical Installation curriculum. Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. Requirements Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or a related electrical discipline. Strong practical/industry experience within the electrical sector.
