Key Responsibilities Teaching & Assessment: Deliver engaging workshop and classroom sessions. Design Schemes of Work, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to prepare learners for exams and endpoint assessments (EPA). Student Support: Act as the primary mentor for assigned cohorts. Track attendance and performance while liaising with training officers, parents, and employers. Workshop Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and compliant practical workshop environment. Uphold strict health and safety, PPE, and tool control standards.
