Electrical Installation EngineerWiganUp to 45K per annum plus 20% Overtime We are looking for an experienced Electrical Installation Engineer to join a busy engineering team delivering industrial automation and conveyor solutions. This role is a mix of workshop preparation and on-site installation, ideal for hands-on engineers who understand control panels inside out and enjoy working on real industrial systems.Job Type: Full-time, PermanentWorking Hours and LocationThe role offers a 50/50 split between workshop-based work and on-site installations.Workshop HoursMonday to Thursday: 08:00-17:00Friday: 08:00-13:00On-Site Hours08:00-18:00Travel and AccommodationAccommodation will be provided when working on sites that are further away from home. Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing electrical systems, panels, and equipment in the workshop prior to installationInstalling control panels and electrical systems on customer sitesWorking with conveyor and material handling systemsReading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematicsSupporting commissioning activities and ensuring installations are delivered to specificationLiaising with engineering and controls teams to ensure smooth project deliveryTravel to customer sites, approximately 50% of the roleCandidate RequirementsEssential:Strong experience as an Electrical Installation EngineerProven knowledge of control panels and their operationExperience working with conveyor systemsAbility to work independently on-site and in the ..... full job details .....
