About the Role

The Electrical Installation Engineer (Fire) role is based in Oxford with a permanent contract and a salary range of £32,000 to £40,000 per annum. This position focuses on the installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis of fire detection, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control, and emergency lighting systems. The engineer will also commission and service intruder alarms, access control, and security systems. Key responsibilities include conducting site surveys to produce design drawings for quotes, installation documentation, and ongoing service schedules. Candidates must have experience installing, servicing, and repairing fire and security devices, alongside knowledge of domestic electrical and networking appliances to British standards.

Fire and Security Installation Engineer required to work on the installation, servicing and fault finding of Fire Detection, Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Emergency Lighting Systems.
Experience
Installing, servicing, fault finding and repairing Fire and Security devices.
Domestic Electrical and Networking appliances to British servicing, maintenance and commissioning Standards.
Role
Commissioning and servicing Intruder Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, Fire Alarm and Security Systems.
Site survey to design drawings for quotes, installation documents and ongoing servicing.
