Using a combination of hands-on inspection, electrical testing, and data-driven analysis, the role verifies that all wiring, components, and sub-assemblies meet the company''s engineering specifications, code requirements, and customer obligations. The Inspector works independently, but collaborates closely with Design, Production, and Reliability teams to drive continuous improvement, close non-conformances, and maintain a culture of safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesElectrical Inspection and Testing - Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspection of wire harnesses, printed circuit boards, cable assemblies, connectors, and electrical enclosures using calipers, multimeters, insulation-resistance testers, continuity mats, and software-assisted tools.Interpretation of Schematics and Documentation - Read 2-D/3-D schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs...
