Job Title - Electrical ImproverDuration - Temp to PermWorking Model - On four shift pattern (on-site Towcester)Salary - Ending on a 36k salary (including night shift premium)Electrical Improver Engineer Overview This role involves supporting electrical maintenance activities within a semiconductor manufacturing clean-room facility, focusing on site infrastructure and facilities rather than IT systems. You will assist with the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including chemical and extraction systems, helping to ensure the site operates safely and reliably. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to continuous site support on a four-shift pattern.The Electrical Improver role will involve:Assisting with the maintenance of site systemsSupporting fault finding and basic repairs on machines and control systems under the guidance of experienced engineersHelping respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime and support continuous productionAssisting with equipment installations and upgrade projects as part of the engineering teamAdhering to all health and safety procedures and contributing to a safe working environment at all timesThe Electrical Improver will ideally have the following attributes:Completed electrical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on engineering experience requiredSome experience working in industrial or manufacturing maintenance environmentsDeveloping fault-finding and problem-solving skills ..... full job details .....
