      <description>Location: Towcester | Salary: &amp;pound;36/annum | Type: Permanent | Job Title Electrical Improver Duration - Temp to Perm Working Model - On four shift pattern (on-site Towcester) Salary - Ending on a -36k salary (including night shift premium)  Electrical-Improver Engineer-Overview-  This role involves supporting electrical maintenance activities within a semiconductor manufacturing clean-room facility, focusing on site infrastructure and facilities rather than IT systems.  You will assist with the maintenance and repair of production equipment, including chemical and extraction systems, helping to ensure the site operates safely and reliably. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will gain hands-on experience while contributing to continuous site support on a four-shift pattern.   The-Electrical-Improver role will involve:    Assisting with the maintenance of site systems  Supporting fault finding and basic repairs on machines and control systems under the guidance of experienced engineers  Helping respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime and support continuous production  Assisting with equipment installations and upgrade projects as part of the engineering team  Adhering to all health &amp; safety procedures and contributing to a safe work...</description>
