Electrical Improver Location: Park Lane, W1J Contract Duration: 9 Months Start Date: ASAP Project: Luxury Hotel Refurbishment Hours: hours per day We are seeking an experienced Electrical Improver to assist a qualified JIB Gold Card Electrician on a high-end luxury hotel refurbishment project on Park Lane. You will work directly alongside the site electrician, assisting with first and second fix installations, containment, remedial works, and distribution board upgrades across guest suites, corridors, and back-of-house areas. Key Responsibilities Assist the lead electrician with remedial works, circuit installations, and distribution board upgrades. Support the installation of containment (metal conduit, trunking, cable tray, and basketwork). Pull cables and assist with wiring for high-specification feature lighting, emergency lighting, and power distribution. Execute first and second fix electrical tasks under the direction of the JIB Electrician. Keep work areas clear, clean, and organized, adhering strictly to site health and safety standards. Requirements and Qualifications Valid ECS Card (Essential). NVQ Level 2 Electrical Installation (minimum) and actively working toward / achieved Level 3 / AM2. Proven experience as an Electrical Improver on commercial or high-end refurbishment projects. Basic hand tools, cordless drill, and full personal protective equipment (PPE).
