You will ensure that all reviews are completed within the required deadlines and timescales, helping to meet client expectations.You will liaise regularly with clients, construction partners and the wider team to ensure that all relevant parties are kept informed of progress, outstanding issues and the latest updates. This will include contacting construction partners by email and telephone to resolve queries and follow up on outstanding defects.You will work closely with the small Health and Assurance (HandA) team and attend client and construction partner defect meetings when required.
