Electrical Foreman / Supervisor - Solar PVSalary: 40k- 50k (negotiable subject to experience) + Vehicle + Excellent BenefitsLocation: Chester About UsAlecto Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Foreman / Supervisor to join one of our clients who specialise extensively within the Renewable Energy sector.Our client deliver high quality installations across Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pump and Air-conditioning systems, dealing with both residential/domestic and commercial customers. The RoleThis is a varied position combining hands-on site work with office-based technical support responsibilities. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support electricians and engineers on-site.Carry out electrical installation work across Solar PV, Battery Storage and Renewable Energy projects.Inspect, test and certify electrical work to ensure compliance with industry standards.Conduct quality audits and maintain high standards of workmanship.Provide technical guidance and support to both field and office teams.Complete site surveys and assist with system design and project planning.Source materials and equipment for projects.
