You''ll be responsible for assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and components on machinery builds. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work from electrical drawings and schematics.Key Responsibilities of the Electrical FitterRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Assemble electrical panels and carry out field wiring on mechanically built machines Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical systems and componentsRepair or replace faulty wiring and electrical parts where requiredEnsure all electrical work complies with relevant safety standards and regulations Follow company quality procedures and health and safety guidelines Work to tight production deadlines and build schedules Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production teamWhat We''re Looking For in an Electrical FitterProven experience as an Electrical Fitter or Panel Wirer (ideally 2 years) Good knowledge of electrical systems and components Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematicsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of electrical safety procedures and ..... full job details .....
