Job Title: Electrical Fitter

Location: Stroud

Salary: £30,000 per annum - Plus 2 bonus schemes - Plus unlimited Overtime

Shifts: Mon–Thu 07:30–16:30 Fri 07:30–14:00 (Early finish!)

Are you an experienced Electrical Fitter seeking a new challenge in a modern, high-quality engineering environment? This is your chance to become part of a skilled and supportive team, where your expertise will make a real impact and no two days are alike.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble and install complex vehicle and equipment circuitry with precision.
• Fit electrical components into vehicle cabs — cable pulling, wiring panels, mounting gear.
• Work confidently with 24V systems and detailed schematic drawings.
• Carry out crimping, ferruling, cable routing, and all aspects of electrical installation.
• Collaborate with supervisors to fault-find and resolve issues quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in electrical engineering or fitting.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ).
• Strong ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Skilled with electrical tools and able to carry out quality self-checks.
• (Desirable) Experience in panel wiring or working in a busy workshop.
