About the Role The Electrical Estimator will prepare accurate, competitive tenders for electrical building services projects, from smaller works to larger packages. Responsibilities include: Prepare estimates, take-offs and cost plans from drawings and specifications. Review tender documents and identify project risks. Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations. Work with design and delivery teams to identify cost savings. Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings. Manage tender deadlines and maintain clear pricing records. Keep labour rates and material prices up to date. Hand successful tenders over to the project delivery team.
