This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Electrical Estimator to join a well-established business offering long-term career progression and job security.The RoleAs an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for high-rise residential and large-scale residential developments. Working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams, you will play a key role in securing future projects and supporting business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed electrical estimates and tender submissions for residential and high-rise developments.Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.Undertake detailed take-offs and cost analysis.Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations.Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.Prepare pricing schedules, tender reports, and estimate summaries.Attend tender review meetings and client presentations where required.Liaise with design, commercial, and project delivery teams.Monitor market ..... full job details .....
