Electrical Estimator - Building Services Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum DOE Employment: Full-Time PermanentThe Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join the Commercial Team of a well-established and growing MandE building services contractor based in Bolton. The business delivers high-quality commercial building services projects across the UK and has built long-standing relationships with some of the country''s largest organisations across the commercial, leisure and transport sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Estimator with experience in design and build commercial projects to join a busy and forward-thinking business with an exciting pipeline of work. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders on projects ranging from £100,000 to £15 million, working closely with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and project delivery teams. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple tenders simultaneously and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
