Electrical Estimator Location: Washington, Tyne and WearSalary: £50,000 - £60,000Sector: MandE Building ServicesEmployment: Full-Time Permanent The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join a well-established and growing MandE building services contractor based in Washington. With over 40 years of industry experience, the business delivers mechanical, electrical and public health projects across the UK, working across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, industrial and public sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their commercial team and play a key role in securing and delivering new projects. The Role As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a range of MandE building services projects. You will work closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure tenders are technically robust, commercially viable and delivered within required timescales. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator looking to join an established contractor offering long-term career development. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed estimates and competitive tender submissions for MandE projects. Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
