With a strong pipeline of secured projects across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, defence and public sector environments, they are continuing to invest in their pre-construction function and are looking to appoint a talented Electrical Estimator to support future growth.Your new roleAs Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for a range of building services projects across Scotland.Working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers and operational teams, you will play a key role in securing profitable new business and ensuring successful project delivery from the outset.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing detailed electrical estimates and competitive tender submissions.Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.Carrying out take-offs and producing accurate cost plans.Obtaining and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations.Identifying value engineering opportunities and alternative solutions.Assessing project risks, opportunities and ..... full job details .....
