This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the successful delivery of tenders across a diverse range of commercial and industrial projects while contributing to the continued growth of the business. Key Responsibilities Review tender documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, to prepare accurate cost estimates. Produce and submit competitive, compliant tender proposals within required deadlines. Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Identify value engineering opportunities to deliver cost-effective solutions. Attend tender review meetings and provide commercial input where required. Work closely with the pre-construction and project delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover of successful tenders.
