Are you an Electrical Estimator with experience of using Trimble?We''re pleased to share details of this excellent opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to join a busy and growing business, based near Cambridge.If you''re used to working on high value projects and several concurrent tenders, always ensuring deadlines are met, along with experience of site installation and have enough electrical knowledge to assess working times and materials to complete all types of project tenders - we''d love to hear from you!In this varied role, you''ll be doing:Identifying new opportunities to grow the business and generating new tender enquiriesMaintain the customer and sub-contractor databaseReview initial enquiry documentationProvide estimation documents and prepare estimate filing both electronically and in paper formSend out, track and receive specialist subcontract package enquiriesProduction of detailed quotations considering material and labour resourceNegotiate costs, discount structures and purchasing quotations with suppliers and sub-contractors prior to tender stageRecording all new enquiries in the databaseCustomer communication throughout the tender processSupervising one member of the teamCarry out Value Engineering on project tendersCustomer visitsYou must have electrical estimating experience along with experience using Trimble.
