Electrical Estimator / Contracts Manager ''Commercial'' Full Time We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Estimator / Contracts Manager ''Commercial'' to join our client. Duties will include: Review, preparation and submission of Electrical tenders, ensuring that all return date deadlines are met. Preparation and submission of Requests for Information (RFIs) during the tender stage, maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants and design teams to clarify project requirements. Pricing Procurement, sub-contractors, specialist sub-contractors and establish long lead time items etc Ability to measure elements of works and create itemised Bills of Quantities as necessary Finalisation of all tender bids, attend pre-order meetings, secure contracts and hand over package to MandE Contracts Managers. Liaison with clients with regards to Electrical project variations and ensuring that all variations are recorded and instructed where deemed necessary. Creating and maintaining accurate estimating records using the company''s estimating software and the Microsoft Office suite of software tools.
