Based in Cambridge, they deliver high-quality design, installation and maintenance solutions across a wide range of commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Electrical Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.The RoleAs an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for a variety of electrical building services projects. Working closely with clients, suppliers and the wider pre-construction team, you will play a key role in securing new business and ensuring successful project handovers.Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed and competitive electrical estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications and employer''s requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants and main contractors throughout the tender process. Attend site surveys where required to gather information for accurate pricing. Identify any commercial or technical risks, unusual requirements or value engineering opportunities. Obtain and assess quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
