ELECTRICAL ENGINEER/LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - SUSTAININGCLEVEDON, UKUP TO 40K- 60K PER ANNUM (D.O.E)About the RoleElectrical Engineer or Lead Electrical Engineer is required to join a leading global technology and engineering organisation. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving products, delivering safe, reliable and cost-effective electrical engineering solutions. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will support product development, engineering changes, fault investigations, obsolescence management and product upgrades.Key Responsibilities Design, develop and improve electrical systems, modules and subassemblies.Investigate product issues, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.Ensure designs meet safety standards, regulatory requirements and customer specifications.Support testing, verification, validation and risk assessment activities.Maintain engineering documentation, drawings and change records.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality, cost-effective solutions.At Lead level: Provide technical leadership, lead design reviews, influence engineering decisions and mentor other engineers. Required Skills: A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.Relevant experience in electrical engineering, product development or sustaining engineering.Knowledge of electrical design, fault finding and engineering change processes.Experience with 2D CAD tools, such as AutoCAD ..... full job details .....
