Role Summary: Assist with managing the day-to-day activities within the electrical and controls team, ensuring technical coordination with all other internal and external disciplines whilst maintaining and developing processes, procedures and engineering standards. Other activities will include but not limited to trouble shooting, sales and application support and team building while minimising business risk. Main Responsibilities: Administration (timesheets, absence monitoring, banked hours, holidays, inductions and leaving interviews). Monitor design progress. Review and sign off designs, ensuring they fit for purpose. Allocate and monitor resources. Liaise with mechanical, electrical and control engineers. Receive internal and external audits of the design process. Conceptual design. Support assembly shop. Perform engineering calculations. Attend/lead design reviews.
