The company also offer a market leading benefits package and annual bonus.Position overview:As the Electrical Engineering Manager for the business, you will report to the Head of Operations and provide leadership, technical governance, and engineering support across all electrical assets and activities. This includes troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, maintenance management, HV switching operations, electrical installations, modifications, and capital projects, ensuring all work is completed in compliance with relevant legislation, industry regulations, IET Wiring Regulations, and British Standards. You will act as the business''s Technical Authority for Electrical Engineering, providing expert guidance and assurance across all high-voltage and low-voltage systems. The role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical assets through the development of engineering standards, maintenance strategies, asset management plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
