Electrical Engineering Manager Location: Dungannon, County Tyrone, N.IrelandSalary: £70k + 10% Bonus Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager on behalf of one of our clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the electrical engineering team responsible for the design and development of ground support equipment.Oversee engineering projects from development, through detailed design, validation and release to production.Allocate engineering resources effectively across multiple projects.Ensure engineering deliverables are completed on schedule, within scope and aligned with project budgets.Provide technical guidance and decision-making across complex engineering challenges.Support new product development initiatives and product enhancement programmes.Conduct performance reviews and support career development planning.Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.Support recruitment and development of engineering talent within the organisation.Ensure electrical designs comply with customer specifications, applicable standards and regulations including EN12312, EN1915 and Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.Approve electrical design outputs including drawings, calculations, specifications and technical documentations.Oversee the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.Lead ..... full job details .....
