Electrical Engineering Lead

We are seeking a Electrical Engineering Lead to join a major Project in London. This is an opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile site, leading electrical delivery and helping drive project excellence from start to completion. The Role The Electrical Engineering Lead will provide technical leadership for the electrical engineering function across the project lifecycle, coordinating design, installation, commissioning, and handover activities while ensuring Dornan''s vision, mission, and values are delivered throughout the project. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate electrical engineering activities from design through to commissioning and handover. Provide technical leadership and resolve complex electrical engineering issues. Review electrical designs to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards. Manage procurement activities, including technical reviews and equipment approvals. Monitor engineering and site progress against project schedules. Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and the supply chain to ensure successful delivery. Promote and maintain high Health and Safety standards across all project activities. Support commissioning, project close-out, and handover activities. Mentor and develop Electrical Project Engineers, Graduate Engineers, and Junior Engineers.
