We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineering Assessor / Training Officer to join our operational team on a permanent basis.In this role, you will take responsibility for a caseload of apprentices within the engineering sector, guiding them through their training, delivering high-quality development plans, and supporting them to successfully achieve their Apprenticeship Standards and progress to End Point Assessment (EPA).Key ResponsibilitiesCaseload Management: Oversee and guide a caseload of learners, delivering structured development plans to maximize their potential in line with Apprenticeship Standard requirements.Progress Reviews and Sessions: Conduct monthly learning sessions and 12-week progress reviews against Training Plans, setting clear actions to ensure timely completion.Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs): Monitor, deliver, and collate evidence for required KSBs using digital tools such as the OneFile e-portfolio system.EPA Preparation: Prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment by conducting mock EPA activities to maximize success and retention rates.Employer Engagement and Health and Safety: Carry out annual Health and Safety vettings ..... full job details .....
