Job Title Electrical Engineer Location: TwickenhamSalary: Based on ExperienceRole Overview Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the delivery of electrical grid connections for renewable energy projects. The role will focus on supporting the successful design and delivery of solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) connections across the UK.Key Responsibilities Deliver and support the engineering of grid connection projects for solar and BESS developmentsWork across all stages of project delivery, from planning and design through to execution and commissioningLiaise with relevant stakeholders involved in grid connection works and infrastructure deliveryEnsure compliance with UK electrical standards and distribution network requirementsProvide technical input to support project feasibility, design optimisation, and delivery strategies Required Experience and Skills Strong background as an Electrical Engineer or qualified Electrician with experience in grid connection deliveryProven experience working on solar and/or BESS project connections within the UKFamiliarity with working in or alongside organisations involved in electricity network connections and infrastructure deliverySolid understanding of UK distribution network requirements and grid connection processesStrong technical knowledge of electrical systems relevant to renewable energy projects ..... full job details .....
